Preston’s passion for training started near the end of his senior year in high school. It was at this time that he began to appreciate the benefits that come from exercise and weight training, not only the physical but also the mental and emotional benefits. To build on this experience, he decided to pursue a degree in exercise and sports science so that he could teach others and they too could realize the positive outcomes that arise from weight training and other forms of exercise. While attending college, Preston started CrossFit training and immediately fell in love with the community, intensity, and variety it brings to the table. In the Spring of 2019, he completed an internship at The Combine Strength & Conditioning, earned his Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science, and attained his NSCA certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.). His classes at The Combine are all about pushing yourself to see what you can truly achieve, while also fostering a fun and educational environment!
